This property is in a convenient area, especially to the Imperial City, the Citadel. There are plenty of shops and cafe's/restaurants within walking distance. We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful in finding a driver for a full day to visit tumbs of emperors and pagoda on one day and setting a private cruise on the Perfume river for our group of 6 people. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

Gorgeous hotel in every single way. Wish all of the hotels were as sumptuous as this one. Enjoyed the amazing breakfast, the pool, a drink in the lobby and the wonderfully spacious room. Wish we coukd have stayed longer.

The staff at the Eldora were kind and friendly. This hotel is well located from restaurants and shops and only a 25 minute walk to the Citadel. The breakfast was really good every morning. Great value.

So the rooms are big, but they only put twin beds if you want a double. Also they have indoor pool which is not heated, so it’s pretty cold. Also their gym is on treadmill and a couple pieces of weight so don’t even bother. Breakfast there is great they change a few items up every day. Staff is super nice.

It's location was centrally located to many of the places I wanted to visit. I am an American veteran that was stationed in the Hue area during the war. I was able to revisit several locations that were familiar to me. I visited Hue 2 years ago with a group of about 20 people and we stayed at your hotel several days. I was so impressed that when I planned this trip I knew I didn't have to look anywhere else, l wanted to stay here again. I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone I know that would be visiting Hue.

Overall an ok stay. The 2 rooms we stayed in had mold and when I mentioned it to the staff it sounded like it was a common issue as it is so hot and humid and the hotel lacked air circulation. Be aware a hotel & spa resort in Vietnam is not like those in America or Europe and Japan. I would recommend staying at a US chain brand to ensure you don't run into moldy bathrooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was superbat thos price point. Would havd liked local information in the hotel direcfory as they do not have a formaltour desk. No rooftop bar anx the cafe did not appear to be open. However i called for fresh milk to my room and there was no hesitation in them providing this.

This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a large and gorgeous bathroom. The pool is simply stunning. The breakfast was very elaborate with Hue specialties, vietnamese dishes and regular westerners options. We only spent a night there, so we had a very limited time to explore around, but in a short walk you can be on a sidewalk along the river, or you can walk around at night a block of streets that are pedestrians only. Great restaurants options near by too. We highly recommend it!!

After Covid shutdown, the property was trying to restart the facility so there were some kinks like the water were extremely hot even touching the knobs of the faucet. But the staff tried their best. Wish the pool could be a bit warmer

Everything was alright till i book another day to stay. They said they didn’t receive my booking and offer me to upgrade another room with extra charge. I didn’t agree and contact Expedia customer service, an agent gave me confirm number but the staff still didn’t accept that. After that they said someone canceled a room that equal to mine, they could consider for me to stay but still DID NOT RECEIVE THE BOOKING. It’s unacceptable when they tried to get extra money from guests. I left the hotel even it was really hard to book another stay same day at that time. A Expedia’s agent helped me to cancel and claim the refund later . This hotel’s staff is unacceptable.

Spectacular

We really loved this hotel, it's classical style looked even better in real life. The rooms were wonderful and the pool was spectacular. Great view over Hue, great service, very friendly staff, and close to a lot of good restaurants.

ぬるいお風呂が好きで堅牢なスーツケースをお使いの方にはお薦めです。

観光にも買い物にも便利な場所にあるバスタブ付きのホテルということでこのホテルを選び２泊しましたが、お風呂に関しては期待外れでした。 バスタブにお湯を入れようとすると途中からぬるい湯しか出ず、栓からの水漏れもありゆっくり入浴することが出来ませんでした。シャワーもヘッドが重みでズレてしまい、思うようにシャワーを浴びることが出来ません。 朝食は一般的なベトナムのホテルという感じですが、ベトナム料理は日本人の口に合うので美味しくいただきました。 残念だったのは、チェックアウト時にホテルスタッフがスーツケースをエアポートバスに積み込む際、スーツケースの取っ手を壊したのにそのことを私達に告げなかったことです。空港に着いてからそのことに気付き、帰国後にホテルにメールを送って善処を求めましたが、自分達の非を認めようとしませんでしたので、リピートはないと思います。
