"Lots happening in surrounding streets but also music loud late into the night that may bother some. Room was clean enough but nothing flash, bed was very comfortable"

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"Đã book phòng và thanh toán, đã được xác nhận nhưng đến nơi thì gọi nhiều lần số hotline không được. Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm.
Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm. "

"The staff here were very kind, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to do their best and we really appreciated their hospitality. Mostly they all speak English, so that was not difficult at this hotel. The room was comfortable, easy accessibility with an elevator. we had a wonderful driver, so not sure much about the area but overall everything in Vietnam seemed very safe. Lots of wonderful things to do not far away breakfast was also a great plus room had refrigerator and hot water maker, which was wonderful. The beds in Vietnam are rather firm. If you have a difficult time sleeping on the floor like betting you might be challenged. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and comfortable. The hot water does run out quickly so wonderful to have a tub. The greatest thing I can say about this Hotel is they weren’t out of their way to create a wonderful stay for their guests, be thoughtful, and a supportive in making the smallest bit of efforts such as cutting out the fruit into heart shaped shapes. They also gave me a warm birthday, which I really appreciated."
"Lovely clean and large rooms. Hotel is an easy short walk to walking street. The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Would stay here again! "

"The property was as described. It’s a 5 star resort with large clean rooms, excellent facilities like the pool, gym and Onsen. The breakfast was outstanding and we have an amazing dinner as well. It is 20 mins from the centre of Hue so you will need to take a taxi to get into town and to get to the cultural attractions. "
