"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"Wir hatten von Sonntag bis Donnerstag eine Junior Suite mit Seeblick gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und bot mehr als ausreichenden Stauraum; auch für unsere Golfausrüstung. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstücksbufett empfanden wir als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Dinner Buffett war gut mit Verbesserungspotential. "Wir hatten ein separates Ferienhaus, das voll ausgestattet war gemietet. Das Resort liegt fern ab von Lärm mitten im Wald. Eine große überdachte Terrasse sorgte dafür, dass wir auch bei Regen draußen sein konnten. Zwei Liegen zum Sonnen im Freien waren auch vorhanden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Die Spa Abteilung mit Innen und Aussenpool sowie mehreren Saunen ist top. Wir können insgesamt diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. "

"Die Unterkunft war wirklich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab Haken zum weg hängen. Der Jacken in den Kleiderschränken waren genügend Kleiderbügel da. Das Bett war ein bisschen niedrig. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und alles wirklich durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
