很放鬆的旅程

住宿環境很棒，整個園區也很好，只是剛好去的時間點是在颱風離開的那一天，所以地上的落葉和樹枝都還來不及清理，但隔天就看到清潔人員已經在處理中。唯一的缺點大概就是沒有晚餐，還要出去找餐廳吃飯比較麻煩，除此之外，都很推薦大家來放空。不過，一定一定要記得噴防蚊液.....

非常漂亮、乾淨、有設計感房間設備與用料有用心在經營，跟五六星級飯店不會差太多，還有送每年限定小熊很療癒！湖景非常漂亮，可以一直坐在湖邊看風景也很棒；也有獨木舟可以划，很棒的氣氛！人員接待很專業且到位，有星級飯店的水準。餐食也很不錯，精緻

直接住在雲山水園區裡，最大的優勢就是在開園前可以先去拍照拍到爽。但就是會被小黑蚊叮到死…. 有熊的森林優點：獨間villa、管家服務、限量版小熊玩偶、早餐好吃非常推薦

家庭旅遊雙人房+4人房

整個園區非常的舒服雖然有一點點蚊蟲(小黑蚊) 但整體還是有世外桃源的感覺跳石跟夢幻湖很好拍然後4人房的房間超級大的竟然還有自己的戶外泡湯區下次要早一點check in才行

這是我們在台灣住過，最滿意的民宿。環境極為幽美，青草如茵，綠水如鏡，遙望遠山。民宿本身的設計極具美感，建材與用心看得出主人對品質的要求。園區內就可以划獨木舟和騎腳踏車。非常滿意，絕對推薦！

可能入住之前對其他人之前的評價與分享有了過高期待，導致入住後有點失望，優點：湖邊風景如畫，免費腳踏車可以騎，後方跳石景點可免費入園，夜晚無光害，賞群星。贈送小熊玩偶，免費明信片寄送。失望：管家作用為何？為何大家吹捧。疫情期間早餐份量質量不夠，比前一日七星潭渡假飯店少，浴缸沒熱水，客廳地板材質讓我感覺像簡易貨櫃屋的塑膠地板，如果提升點就更完美。整體而言還是很棒，但細節可以再提升。

放鬆閒適度假的好選擇

房間舒適、寬敞、乾淨，房間內有藍芽喇叭，沐浴用品使用歐舒丹，入住即送上一隻小熊，細節可感受到飯店的貼心，管家很親切解說附近景點，附近的夢幻湖以及水森林很漂亮，晚上抬頭可看到星空；很推薦想要放鬆度假，不想那麼觀光客的旅行，可以來體驗一趟。

夢幻又完美的一趟家庭旅遊

客房面對的是湖景, 戶外浴池就可以看到美麗的風景, 這是一定要親自體驗才能感受的. 服務人員親切, 房間舒適. 周圍的夢幻湖與跳石都可以憑住宿免費參觀. 戶外小黑蚊很多, 一定要做好防蚊準備, 下午茶與早餐表現中規中矩, 沒有太多的驚喜, 但可以接受.

A very pleasant stay

非常優秀的住宿品質，晚班管家很友善，也提供很多旅遊建議，相較於晚班管家無與倫比的親切與專業，早班的管家們就還有很大進步空間。整體來說，住宿品質非常好，夜晚也看得到滿滿星空（和隱約的銀河）。
