「整潔, 舒適; 但記得在前台8:30pm 下班前問妥所有服務和提出需要, 否則可能要花點時間聯絡 清潔員非常準時希望能清潔你的房間, 10am 要退房真有點趕」

「Lovely property」

「Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .」

「房間很大，有廚房，浴室地板是不鏽鋼，會滑，小心，隔音不太好」

「性價比高」

「New and clean! 」

「超值，近奧克蘭機場，泊車位多，職員有禮貌！」

「非常良好的居住體驗」

「.」

「We just stayed 2 nights over a busy weekend. The place was on an easy reach to Due Drop event center, very clean, with lovely bedding and comfy big bed, new bathroom and heaps of hot water. There is also a kitchenette that we did not use but it is in the area with not too many near by eateries - so get organized for food in time!」

「This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.」

「交通方便！充足泊車位！」

「The host is not staying in the property and need to wait for 15 mins at the front door for him coming back for entry. The host left some basic stuff like bread and cereal for the guests. It is basically not a BnB.」
