「The staff there during my stay 7/17 to 7/22 were tremendous and one was actually a super hero. I believe his name is Junior who risked his life and dove into the beach water fully dressed. 「I loved my stay at Waves. It’s unlike other all inclusives that I have been at because it’s more small and feels more intimate. The staff is incredible and always helpful. There are water sports included in your stay too - highly recommend the water tubing! I would absolutely come again」

「Hotel needs modern upgrades to rooms. The rooms are very outdated. The bedding needs to be washed and changed before every guest. Everything on the bed should be stripped not just the sheets. A microwave in the room or even bar/lobby area would be awesome accommodation for guest.
