「The hotel was actually nice. BUT the bed was from the 1800. Seriously this bed had springs in it when laying in bed you rolled into the center from it being so old. You sunk into the bed. I maybe got 2 hrs out of the 8 I tried to sleep even took the cushions from the couch and put them on the floor and tried to sleep on them. My husband just gave up and slept on the floor. I have never had such a horrible experience.!!!!」

Overall: Facility needs to be on a five year renovation schedule of rotational rooms undergoing perpetual upgrades. Also need a maintenance team. 「Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. I would never stay here again and...

「The staff was very nice and helpful but the pool had ants in it and there wasnt many options for breakfast. The shower was very slippery, it needs a grab bar inside of the shower not just outside of it, and the room handles were hard to open」
