「Booked through Expedia, which stated check in was at 2:00. We showed up at 1:45 and after taking our only the owner said we would have to come back because the room wasn’t ready and check in was at 3:00 or there would be a $25.00 fee. I showed her that my Expedia said 2:00 and her reply was “They need to change that.”. Suddenly our room was ready and she allowed us to take occupancy. I don’t appreciate being lied to…」

「Staff was friendly. The elevator was very dirty, which appeared to have built up over time. Two of the three lights in the bathroom were burned out. The only lamp was between the beds, the fan in the heating unit would not turn off, and no phone to call the desk. Discarded cans and food wrappers littered outside. Last but not least- fresh smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the bathroom, with no other rooms available. Would not recommend! Why did we stay? Did not get a refundable room… lesson...

「Room was clean and well supplied. Front desk staff and rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Manager was available and helpful. Parking was close. The pool area was clean.」

「The room was nice and clean and the mattress was so comfy! The breakfast spread had a lot of options and the coffee was available all day. The only downside was that the room didn’t have any light blocking curtains so we were up with the sun. Otherwise, would recommend. 」
