「We were very impressed with the entire experience: beautiful home and grounds, cleanliness, staff, amenities…and had the whole place to ourselves. And a big thank you to Sharon, who made time to give us a tour and explain a lot of interesting history, and secret passages, in the house.」

「It’s too cool for older folks」

「The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

「The property was great! The entire staff (housekeepers, front desk, restaurant workers) was friendly and helpful the entire stay. Will definitely stay again!」

「Our room’s bathroom was not fully clean and had a broken towel hanger and broken tp roll holder. Additionally, even though we got it for the kitchenette, we did not have pots/pans/dishes and were told we had to pay $25 to rent them which was not listed on the website. Later, I was told nothing could be done for these issues because we booked through Expedia and that a manager would contact us, but never did.」

「Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. 「Wonderful stay」

「My sister and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Tulsa for 5 days while visiting our daughter/neice. The hotel was very clean. The water pressure and hot water worked l so well. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean. Lindsay and Kellan at the front desk were amazingly helpful and sweet. Will we ever come back, you ask? We most certainly will!」
