"Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"

"For what you pay it’s extremely decent especially considering it is right on the seafront. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean. The only downside is that even with the windows open there was no airflow but nothing can really be done for that. The shared bathroom was a little bit grubby but not bad."

"Clean and as expected for the money. Would be helpful to have a couple more amenities such as iron in the room and better lighting in the room. Toaster at breakfast was only functioning on one side so had to put toast through twice! Good value but a couple of additional things for little cost could make all the difference"
