The price was affordable. The staff was nice. There was no breakfast when it was open. The juice machines didn’t work. The gym was closed or undergoing maintenance. It was a nice stay for the price. The room was clean.

The hotel is just a couple miles from the car rental and airport IAH. We stayed for a night. Beds and room were very good and better than I expected. My only concern is how safe the area might be. The front desk reception is enclosed in a bullet proof glass room...

Privacy is human Right

For an inexpensive motel the rooms are.great but safety is very precarious I would. Say book at rush of no privacy and your life being in danger of being harmed. I requested a room in a safer section of the complex but there was none available.

Didn't have high expectations considering the price point and all. General areas were nice and clean. We needed to use the sofa bed for oir baby, but when we opened it ot was full of mice feces; folded it right back.

The staff was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was outdated and old, the smell of the rooms and just age of the building gave me pause, the other tenants made the place bad but other than that the food was good and staff was very nice and helped anytime I asked for it. Also don’t swim in the pool because other guests tend to get drunk and skinny dip.

I will stay again

I arrived at the hotel super-late, like 1 am. I had a smooth check-in, with a friendly desk clerk, and a clean, comfortable room. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work, but that was a minor inconvenience. I have stayed at this hotel before, and have come to expect a good experience. I was not disappointed.

We only stayed one night so it is hard to give a good or bad review. The bed was comfortable. The room seemed a bit dated. We had an ADA unit with a roll in shower but no chair to sit on. I'm not sure if they need to supply the chair, but it would be a good idea. My wife doesn't shower in her chair. Overall, i was happy with the facility and people there.

Have stayed here a few times. Seems to be older facility but clean. Last stay was not so good upon initial check in. Only 3 cars in parking lot so plenty of available rooms. Was put in raggedy room. Lights hanging by wires, toilet shakey, no cord on phone, room dark and uninviting. They eventually gave me a better room but was very frustrating.
