The staff here is amazing there are the only reason I'm actually staying here when I got here my room was disgusting but I cleaned it like I always do at every motel no matter where I go but this one was pretty bad there's coffee every morning and it's really cheap to stay here and all the furniture in my room is made of wood and it's really really nice I really like my night tables the TV is big and it has an LED mirror in the bathroom which is my favorite thing in life

Not the cleanest hotel

The room was not all that clean. It had a few roaches that I kiilled. The towel were not all that white.

The staff was amazing, lobby was clean, kind of had a 'old smell' but figured it's form the bldg being old. Staff was also amazing at explaining where my room would be The room I got, was disgusting. The floor wasn't mopped and it was very greasy and slippery, it had not been cleaned. The surfaces were also not clean, you could tell where the drinks had been The bed smelled disgusting and had a dent, as if someone had been laying on it It was body odor, cigarette smell and the grease smell The sink was also dirty from something yellow? Maybe food. There was also someone cutting their hair outside and they just left everything outside, including the hair on the ground. It doesn't look like a family friendly place tbh Seems to be a good option when you have no other option on where to go Kindly went to the front desk and I was able to leave the property. Staff was very understanding

False advertisement

It was absolutely horrid there is no breakfast. Period that’s false there was 4 channels on the tv room was very small and nasty it smells like cat pee everywhere because of a feral cat problem will never stay again

Continental (they lied) divide

All in all for the money not a bad stay. A not so pleasant surprise came when I walked to the front office in search of my complementary continental breakfast as advertised by the website and major contributing factor to my rental at this establishment. Then to add to my disappointment the lady working in the office was extremely rude and short with all any discussion.

It clearly shows/says pet friendly (plus the guy behind counter had a dog walking around freely behind desk) plus I rode thru and seen two other people walking dogs,but refuse me saying no pets(my dog is a small 11yr old Chihuahua). I’ve stayed here n past n I totally understand ur policies,but why were there dogs(when a Ppr says no pets) even tho it says online pet friendly plus people have pets there as well that are bigger than a chihuahua!
