Ive been staying there a week w/ my dog & my only prob is the pool is not only closed but filled w/ brown water & debris. Now for observations, The staff has been very friendly & when I have a question or need something it’s quickly taken care of. I chose this hotel because of price & location plus they don’t charge a crazy fee for a pet. If you’re looking for the Ritz then go to the Ritz. Everything works fine, a/c can get brrr cold if you like, rooms are large, clean, but not fancy. Parking isnt covered but plentiful & gated.

The room smells like cigarettes from the sheet to the pillows .I had to use towels to place on the bed and sheet to sleep.Also i saw roaches walking around like they lived there.

All gates are locked or either closed. There’s is only one way to get to into the gate which involves going all the way around to either from the highway side. Pool was disgusting and dirty.

I booked a King Size bed room and was put in a double mattress room. Experienced seeing house cockroaches (small) crawl out of the back of the TV stand and one fall on me while I was taking a shower. Rolliepollies on the ground were a surprise. The bathtub was dirty, so I had to shower against the wall. The assistive handle above the shower temperature gauge was placed too close to each other, so it was difficult getting hot water.

This room was dirty and smelled bad we left and had to rent another room somewhere else. It felt very unsafe as well waste of money. Bedding had stains and was nasty also.

I’m going to start off that our check in was Friedan’s courteous. The maintenance man was on spot. Things that need changed: in room refrigerator and microwave. All travelers expect this in a room. Limited towels. No soap or shampoo like when stayed before. The water is hot in the early morning (4am). It’s not hot at 9pm. This matters when you are having surgery the next morning me you have to take a shower before bed and that morning. They moved us to a room in the front and it was nice. Lots of highway noise but that’s to be expected This location has so much potential where it is situated but it’s catering to the local neighborhood. It happens. This location used to be way cleaner and safer. It’s not bad for the price. But if you are expecting anything more than just a bed and tv you will be disappointed. Oh yeah. No clock or phone in room.

HORRIBLE ‼️ The host at check in was very rude it seemed as if she doesn’t want her job. I did not get a warm welcome or anything of the sort. I asked for towels the entire weekend i stayed 3 nights. I didn’t get towels until my 3rd day there by then there was a new host there i explain my situation about the towels and she got me towels within 5 minutes. The person staying next to us had a dog living in there room and the dog barked all day and all night. I’m not sure if it was the dog next door or something in the air in the room but everytime i went into my room I was sneeze none stop. I had to literally step on balcony just to get fresh air to stop sneezing. On top of that the tv did not work the entire weekend nor did anyone come up to try to check it out to see what was wrong with it. I seen a roach crawling in the bathroom one dead beside the toilet. The a roach was crawling on the sink. Another came from behind the tv. And another i seen come from under the bed. I couldn’t even bring food in my room because of the roaches. I had to sleep with all my bags and shoes in the bed with me. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone.

SCAM PLEASE DONT MAKE YOUR DAY WORSE!
I STAY NEXT DOOR !!! Here’s a real review I lived here my whole life. This place is disgusting and everything is torn and wore off. It was my birthday and trying to celebrate being 21 with my fiancé just for them to take all money no fund !!! Just a paper to get your out!! They won’t tell you policy till after they “see a problem”. She (my fiancé) warned me ahead of time but I thought she was just “tripping” you know what I mean.. Awala !!! It was true !! You can perfectly get a room @ 18 it’s policy on the website & app but you will run into some SCAMMERS!! Worst birthday ever my mother and father were very disposable and we felt disposed of and makes our giving understand religion look terrible. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Take your money somewhere else even down the street, everywhere else around here is GREAT !!

This time around card wouldn't open room front desk had to come to room and use a device to activate card. No light for like about 10-20mins. No soaps or shampo in the bathroom. And well since its by the expressway obviously it's non stop noise.

Our stay was actually just fine. It served its purpose and we were pleased with it overall. The area is not really a great one and the room itself is pretty rough and has no microwave. However, it checked the boxes for the things we needed..... an economical place to hang our heads, and a place within walking distance of NRG Stadium if need be. A bonus was the very friendly person at the front desk.

Only as a last resort.
A very tired and bare bones facility. Rooms are barren. Only slept there because all others were full and got out as early as possible in the morning

The motel is very run down and there were a lot of roaches. Bring cash because you have to pay a $2 deposit for a room key and if you don't have cash it's $4

No refund policy and you must pay for a key card once you arrive.. Please have cash otherwise they will charge you again for using your card ... Also parking is inconvenient... And entrance is hard to find... Front desk help is unlikely... No one at the desk and no one ever answers the phone... No microwave, refrigerator, or phone in the room⭐⭐

Rooms are better than they were before, but honestly since its by the expressway there is no peace to relax or have a good night sleep. Too noisey for a light sleeper! Also theres a $2 deposite for the room key card. And if you take your owt better have it in a leash and the areas designated foe them, if not and employees see they will ask you to.leave the premises with no refund. Just an FYI

Please ask for a room in the back of the property next time as that is a way quieter than the front. And regarding the pet policy we enforce the leash rule for all customers and pets' security. Staff was very accommodating, but property was in poor condition. Shower control did not work properly. Bathroom door was broken off; did not close. Shower head was blocked, only dripped. TV remote control did not work. Phone did not work. Roaches ran the place. Very little lighting in the unit. There were ranting and raving people outside the property, with no security gate, and homeless people sleeping on the stairs. Zero security.
