Here’s the cliff note version-
Got back to the hotel after a long business around 1 a.m, dead mosquitos and roaches on the bed, and dirty pillows. Michael at the front desk, who responded with sarcasm and VERY little concern.
The second room wasn’t much better, that had hair on the pillow, no deadbolt latch, and the secondary lock didn’t work. I called the front desk twice with no answer and had to go back down.
By 1:46 a.m.I had to find another hotel and pay for an Uber. Thankfully, I was able to get a room elsewhere that night.
