Clean, great rooms, indoor pool, excellent breakfast, kids had a blast. This is the standard for every stay in hotel I ever stay in again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and I have to say they were super appreciated, however the room itself had a terrible smell and the upgraded kitchen facilities were not clean and functional which is the reason for the negative review. The smell was bad enough to make the stay uncomfortable unfortunately.

The staff was very nice, check in and out were easy. Room was clean and the hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we found was the first floor smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. It was not very pleasant. We would stay here again.

When I checked in I was given a room that was not what I booked. Upon returning to the front desk I was informed they had overbooked that room type. The desk clerk called the manager and they eventually changed me into the correct room type. A major reason for booking the hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was half full and the water was murky green. The pool was not as green but was still not in usable condition. Room was clean and nice once we were in the correct room.

I stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping cane once. I had to ask for towels and coffee/condiments for my room. The front desk staff kept telling me that housekeeping would come but did not. There was ine old chair outside to sit on. No other outdoor furniture. Very, very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

The stay was nice as it was just over night. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working so that was a pain when we had to bring up luggage. I slept really well though so no complaints about the bed or pillows! Breakfast was good too.

Rooms were ok pillows were very small the elevator was broke and they only had rooms on third floor. The morning breakfast was ok just out of a lot of stuff and no condiments for the food they did have.
