Hello Mr. Mike your room was scheduled for checkout and you did not have no late check out and there was no DND sign on your door when housekeeper knock no one answer so at that time they have the right to enter the room.

Have to step into shower to turn on water and therefore get wet first, no shelves inside shower for personal toiletries - had to set them on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room needs better lighting.

It’s very noisy. People were playing loud music, the people above us were running and jumping in their room, and you could hear the freeway. On the other side, the staff was nice, rooms were clean, and we got our money’s worth.

Overbooked
Hotel was overbooked so we had to stay in a different room type than what I booked in advance. Luckily there was a sofa bed available and my kids didn't have to sleep on the floor. Other than that, room was fairly clean and comfortable.
