I did the early checkin. First, I could not find an email with the confirmation number. I finally found in in the information Expedia sent me earlier. When I got there they had no record of my early checkin. After they checked me in I received an email with my confirmation number.....
When I got to the room the bathroom sink had 3 long cracks in it. They moved me to another room. I was so in a rush to get my things out of the first room, I left clothes in a drawer. About 10:20 in the evening when I realized I didn't have all my clothes. I went to the front desk. They had put someone else in the room with the broken sink. The clerk was very hesitant to call the room so I could get my things. He finally did and I got my clothes. After that, things got better.

Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. I didn't get the info on breakfast but that's OK because we had events planned. The morning front desk person allowed me to get coffee. I was in Room 403. The microwave didn't work. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Those were the only issues. Towels were there. Water was hot. Room was clean. There wasn't excessive noise.

I like this hotel as it is less than a mile and a half from my family. Check-in was easy, breezy. My mom is with me and enjoyed our temporary dwelling.
As long as my family is near, I'll continue to reserve this stay.

Bathroom:
1. The door needs 1/2 inches shaved off at the bottom or whatever to make it close better.
2. Shower head needs to be modified or have a shower door to prevent shower from sprinkle outside the shower stall.
3. Fix or replace the air vent in the shower so it exhume heat/steam out of bathroom better.

I love the ladies at the front desk for check-in and check-out, plus the amazing cook at the bistro Sunday, July 30, 2023, morning.
The room was lovely and so functional. I would definitely love to return here.
Many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to and parking area seemed safe, well lit. Desk server was friendly and helpful.

It's fine.
Checking in was easy and simple. The staff were kind and courteous. Unfortunately, my room was incredibly humid to the point where the tissue and toilet paper were limp and damp. My blackout curtains also had holes in them.
