Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
I did not get the room that I booked and paid for online. I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and a couch and my room was not held for me. I receive a king bed and a couch. One of my friends had to sleep on the floor. How do you give a room away that was prepaid a month ahead of time?
