On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! "The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed....... Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups.. Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night.... If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice."

"Check in was with alesseo who was helpful and professional, and took only a few minutes. He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips. We were very happy with our room which was a good size, I note other comments about some areas being dated but that didn't bother us"

"Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "

"We stayed for two nights. We woke up early for an excursion, but grabbed complimentary breakfast on the way out and it was perfect for a quick bite as we headed out. Our room was the perfect size for our family of four. We had a tempur pedic king size bed with a pull-out sofa that the kids used. Our room was facing the courtyard and you could hear the patrons of the restaurant, but it wasn't too loud. There is a mini fridge in the room stocked with water. We had plenty of towels and they were changed out each day. This location was perfect for our trip. We were busy both days so we did not spend a lot of time in our room, but we did walk to nearby restaurants for pizza, cafe, and snacks. There is a great view of the sea from the rootop where you can lounge as well. Everything was clean, sage and had a wonderful Italian vibe."
