"The hotel room had no air conditioning nor any television in the rooms. There was a heat wave during our stay and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The window only opened slightly. Also the hotel advertised an airport shuttle but did not actually offer the service."

"I absolutely loved this hotel,it was our savior after a terrible experience at a neighboring hotel. We stopped by to see the rooms, and the friendly staff showed us several options. We decided to book immediately, even though our previous reservation was non-refundable, and it was the best decision. The room was clean, modern, and had great amenities. I loved having a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, plus the convenience of laundry facilities during our stay. My only minor...
