"We were surprised to discover that we were the only guests at the hotel on Christmas eve. After an employee let us in and showed us to our room, they were nowhere to be seen after. During our entire stay, our car was the only car in the parking lot, no guests or employees were onsite, and the front door was left unlocked and unable to be closed. The situation felt so unsafe that we decided to leave early and stay elsewhere once we found a place. The employee I was communicating with by text...
