"The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the waterfront and docks by the river walk. We watched the fishermen clean their fish right from our room. The area is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The problem was with our bed. We had a king bed that was very mis-shapen. It had a LARGE lump in the middle forcing you to slide down onto the side of the bed and the mattress was so soft it just kind of enveloped you into a hole. It was very uncomfortable and made for a bad nights sleep. It was reported to the desk at checkout. If you stay in 110 make sure you check the bed first before agreeing to stay. The parking lot is being repaired and so parking was a bit strange, but it was safe and OK. It will be nice when the lot is finished. OTHER than that , the stay was great."

"Simple check in/out. The ladies running the motel are on their game for sure! Any time we're in the area we'll be sure to check there for accommodations first. Only hitch... the terrace lights are fairly bright, and the window AC makes it tough to close the curtains completely."

"Location was perfect. Pool was nice and clean as well as the rooms. The only downside was the size of the bathroom. Toilet was in an extremely tight corner next to the sink and there was close to no space for leg room (I'm 5'7 which says a lot) shower is also very small, but overall the stay was extremely comforting due to the location close to downtown. Beds were also very comfortable and staff was great"

"Hotel was perfect. Outdoor covered bar attched to the hotel to enjoy live music while watching the sunset. Great breakfast! The beach was groomed the next morning and parking lots at the beach were swept. Very well maintained area to stay."
