You walk in and it smells like cigarettes. The room was dirty, and we had to pull down a dust bunny from the ceiling because we were scared it would fall on us. I'm not staying here again.

We didn't know this place is a high drug traffic and crime area. Its an embarrassment to Expedia. There have been drug bust in the rooms. We found all this out after registering. We left and Ended up going to a much better and safer feeling hotel. Too late to get our money back.

My room was never cleaned/resupplied after my first night of 2. The towels were like sandpaper. For whatever reason the refrigerator in the room was unplugged. There wasn't a lock on the sliding glass door going to the outside. There was ANY sort of breakfast although one was mentioned of the webite. The soda machines were out of order. All in all, this wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Do not go save your money worst place I’ve ever taking my kids to go to sleep. We left after 15 minutes. We walked into room and felt like we were choking on the smell of animals and cigarettes. The rooms were dirty-i don’t mean just messy, I mean they have not had a deep clean in quite some time. The walls were filthy, some substance was dripping in the back of the bathroom door, dust everywhere, the dated carpet was covered in stains and there were fingerprints all over the light switches and walls…again, not cleaned well for some time. The beds-ewe. There were shadowy stains on the comforters, floppy pillows and blankets as if someone was just sitting on them before we unlocked the door. I tried to walk in and sit down and felt like I was crawling out of my skin. We walked to the car and I debated if I should try to sleep in the car or if I could get into another hotel. Luckily we found another hotel with vacancy and left. As we gathered our belongings and were walking out of the hallway we noticed the roof was leaking. Water was dripping down the walls… The gentleman at the checking desk was understanding and helpful. I have not been in such an unclean and sketchy room since I was in European hostels. This place needs to be closed, seriously addressed, and reopened.

People live there, hang out outdoors like it's a front yard. Kids on bikes, lawn chairs, people yelling back and forth. Barely any towels. Towels were stained and not much bigger than a hand towel. Pubic hair, dried soap in the shower. A/C worked well though.

There were not enough bath towels, face towels in the room. Bedding was not clean with dirty spots. Terrible toilet bowl. Dirty window and mirrors. First morning we got snack and coffee and second morning only coffee because of snacks finished at 9:30am.
