「We had a 3 night stay for a family wedding. This is an old factory turned into living spaces #6. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere for food, shopping or exercise along the river walk. It is a beautiful small town. Perfect. The room was big enough and clean. We stayed in an efficiency, not a suite. It had all the basics needed for a short stay. We were very pleased with the room but there is room for improvement. The two plastic chairs were very uncomfortable, so it’s a...

「The condo was cute with a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. It was definitely not as clean as I would have liked. Plus the master bath vanity had broken doors and the shower didn’t close properly. Plus one of the towels they left had holes in it! This unit could definitely use some TLC. 」

「There was a LOT of things that were broken and unclean. The grill literally had food still on it. The patio was full of flies and beer bottle caps, you can tell no one comes out to clean that. The downstairs was full of flies and mosquitoes we literally had to buy bug spray just to sit down stairs, and the dishes were still dirty. The king bed sheets were stained, the closet door was broken and is a safety hazard for small kids. The place needs a good deep cleaning but I’m sure they try to flip...

「First, the property was not cleaned satisfactorily and I provided pictures and videos of the property upon arrival. I reached out to the contact or owner who NEVER responded. Afterwards, that night we returned and couldn’t access the building because at a certain time you must have a Code to enter the building that wasn’t provided in the check in documents. By the way, we NEVER received a Code or call back from Evolve or the owner with that information. That was extremely disappointing and...
