「We had a short one night stay at this accommodation. The room was large, beautifully styled, with all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Despite it raining during our stay, we enjoyed a hot spa, and even a brisk but refreshing swim in the large pool. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great range of cereals. 」
「When we arrived we were told the hotel was closed and that we were to go away. I have submitted a request that my money be refunded yet have not heard a response back from you.」
"In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. "
