"No one at front desk for check in which was frustrating and anoying after an almost 5 hour drive from Northern California. Sign indicating they had stepped away temporarily with no ETA.. Although I was intending to use the pool and jacuzzi, I never did as it looked a bit dated and not super clean. ..."
