「Key collection and return was relatively easy, problem lies at identifying the unit you will be staying, as there are so many condo projects. Since I have not been there before, it took quite awhile to find the location」

「Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc) Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels). Ample food options at the ground level as well.」

「Communications was good. Instructions clear and precise. Room is at a good high level. Simple and clean. Nice to have a view from the living room - unblocked.」

「Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. 」

「The unit is clean and huge. But bath tub no hot water, only cold water. There were some housefly trap inside the unit, cannot get rid of them, coz openning the glass door and window will bring in more flies. The neighbour unit had bbq at the evening on our 2nd night, very smoky and oily. But smell good.」

「1st-troublesome to get the access card and it doesn't work for in and out of the car park, every in out still need to queue and wait for security guard. 2nd- workers didn't changed the pillow cases and bed sheet after the previous guests checked out. hairs and stain still remained. Dirty and smelly pillow still kept inside the wardrobe.3rd-all white towels didn't clean properly, stain and yellowish patches all over the towels. 4th-No response from management staff. Only send notices before...
