「Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! 「This hotel easily earns an 8 out of 10. I didn’t rate it a perfect score because, while the grounds, rooms, and staff were truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and accommodating—the food was a major letdown. And not just slightly disappointing—I mean genuinely bad. To make matters worse, the food was also quite expensive, which made the experience even more frustrating.

「We stayed in a first-floor, beachfront room which was wonderful! It was so nice waking up and just walking out the door to a beautiful sunrise and birds flying overhead. The staff were all super helpful and nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! The only problem we had was not enough vacation days lol 」

「Everything was amazing! Complementary drinks and a guide tour upon arrival. The resort had lots to do and drink prices were great. Friendly staff and a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!」
