The staff was beyond friendly and professional. They did everything in their power to make sure we were pleased with our stay. I cannot say enough good things about how the staff was at this property. The rooms were also very comfortable and the bed was a superior quality bed. I would stay here again.

A Hidden Gem in Hopkins — Parrot Cove Lodge is Paradise! Parrot Cove Lodge completely exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect — right on the beach with stunning sunrises, warm ocean breezes, and a laid-back vibe that captures the heart of Belize. The rooms are clean, cozy, and just steps from the sea. The staff? Absolutely incredible — friendly, helpful, and full of local tips that made our trip even better. Special shout out to Yoli, Leticia and Micah, who ensured our every need was met. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore nearby jungles and waterfalls, or dive into local culture, Parrot Cove is the perfect home base. Highly recommend — we’re already dreaming of coming back! 🇧🇿💙

Nice accommodations. Clean. Staff was very nice. SUPs and kayaks not functional. Bike were nice to be able to use. Restaurant was great. Lots of mosquitoes and sand flies so bring bug spray.

Lovely Oceanfront Place with Incredible Staff

I loved my stay here! The staff were incredible-- they were super helpful before and during my stay. Being in front of the beach was so lovely. It is worth the upgrade for the ocean-front room. If I turned my AC off, I could hear the waves at night. Note that this location is not *in* the town of Hopkins, but a bit away. The property has bikes you can borrow (free) to go into town. You can also ask for a taxi (paid). As a solo female traveler, I had no issues here and would recommend it to anyone. I would stay here again.

This property was one of the absolutely best that I have stayed at. My flight had been delayed so I made it in much later than expected. I was worried that I wouldn’t get into the room I had booked but the staff there was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we would still get settled in. Everything was absolutely perfect. My view was breathtaking. Staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay if they’re in Hopkins. I look forward to visiting again in the future!!!

The concierge service at the Parrot Cove is phenomenal. They bend over backwards, left right and sideways to make your experience fantastic. Please note they can’t control the weather. But what they have done, is gone through all the services in their area and weeded out the schiesters and kept those that produced. Chef Rob is an amazing artist of the culinary palette. There were several other amazing restaurants within walking distance. Next time we come to Hopkins, we for sure will be staying at Parrot Cove. Amazing service, check. Incredible food experiences, check. Clean, check. We were blessed!

My fiance is from Belize and we love Hopkins, but this location is not by any good food. The complimentary breakfast was awful. It is a fixed menu and is the same thing every morning. Dinner was terrible as well. We couldn't eat there more than once. Everything was overcooked and unseasoned... Also no Belizean food. We had to ride to the other part of town to get good food. The pool is also very small and reminds me of an apartment pool. The staff here is amazing though
