「Not clean .. absolutely no lights in the room at all no lamps nothing. The tub faucet was broken and cut my hand. There was newspaper clippings pasted to the wall with scratches on the walls with giant holes and painters tape covering everything.. the door didn’t shut all the way having to lock it to stay shut. The staff came and told me a woman when she brought me a lamp very late last night said I had two hour late check out well now she wants me out at 12 and I’m at a doctors appt. This was...

「There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. 「Very dirty and smelly. Very old bedding including old lumpy pillows and cover. No blanket. Outside area not maintained and just noisey with people walking around outside at 3 am. Licks on door broken.」
