"HORRIBLE! From the customer service to the condition of the rooms. Had to wait 30mins for someone to show up at the desk to check in. Run down…Room dirty, Looks sketchy and the room….oh my! I spent less than 12hrs in the room. Would NEVER stay here again. I’d rather sleep in my car! These pictures says it all! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED"

"I did not see one staff member the entire time I was there, this wasn't really an issue but They claimed to offer breakfast and both times I went into the breakfast room there was no one and a keurig and what looked like a couple old bagels sitting out. You let yourself in and there is no restaurant or even a little market to get a snack. Felt very lonely and desolate. The bed is really comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh smelling when I got there. "

"Loved staying here mostly because it is on a lake that is a birding hotspot. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big. Our room had a patio overlooking the lake. Lots of birds. Scenic. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. They are remodeling so can’t wait to see the new look. Breakfast is OK. Nearby lots of restaurants and shopping and the National Park. "

"This is our place of choice when visiting family in Valparaiso. Always pleasant staff. Bria is always a ray of sunshine. A few of the rooms need some major overhauls, example - rug replacement, tile grout fixed, curtain hung correctly, but overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is typical free breakfast food."
