"I was told I would have to pay an additional fee for early check in 1 hour and the room was ready. They did not explain that the room was in the lodge and I requested a bottom floor and didn’t get one with no explanation"

"Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and 10 minutes to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"After driving 9 and 1/2 hours finally arriving at our hotel we see the roof you pass under in the parking lot looks like it's falling apart but I understand construction happened so that's fine I guess. But then we walk inside. Wait for the employee at the front desk to come in just to find out that the room we reserved plenty of time prior to our stay was not available anymore. So instead of having two beds like we requested, we had one room with one bed which is fine. We didn't plan on spending too much time at the hotel in the beginning. Just a place to sleep is all we needed. We get into our room and for some reason the bedside table lamp has the cover upside down. For some reason the headboard in the bag is cracked all over and little couch in the corner was stained And not a small stain. It was a pretty big stain right in the center of the seat. Getting towels was difficult. It seemed like they were always missing and the air vent in the bathroom did not work. So when you take a shower the whole bathroom starts filling up with steam. Obviously the roof starts getting wet from the humidity from the shower. My father who was staying in the room with me even fell in the tub. The staff was kind but that can only get you so far and then to get to any restaurants nearby, you'd have to hop on the highway Just to get a quick bite overall, not the best experience"

"Expedia asked me to upgrade my room for extra $11. I agreed. That extra $11 got me an extra living space which consisted of a couch and chair that were filthy / torn and had cigarette burns. We had to put a towel on it to sit Front desk most unhelpful - no better rooms - lots of ppl stay in this hotel long term so be aware that it is not really a hotel for short stay. Expedia - I expect better from you -"
