"It was ok It was quiet"

"There was no linen change for our two night stay. Also, we had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Policy overrides customer needs. Not even close to Marriott facilities. Last time we stay at a Hilton. G Howarth"

"The Paint was peeling off the ceiling. The toilet is leaking. The restaurants are closed during the week or open later for lunch, so difficult to get breakfast. The old part of the hotel definitely needs some upkeep. If you’re planning on staying at the mountaineer, I would recommend requesting the newer part of the hotel. We’re just staying down the road at the Wyngate."

"It's a fine place to stay. Near most everything. Decent breakfast, good shower. It's the third time I've stayed there so I must like it."

"Check in took over 3 hours due to a nationwide shutdown. we were finally given a room only to realize its already occupied, given a 2nd room only to find 1 queen rather than the king we paid for, settled for that room because it was late and we were tired, asked for some type of comp. still waiting"

"The place was pretty nice. It was clean but could use a general updating. Small rooms and small bathrooms. The parking lot is pretty small to. The location is pretty good, to get main roads/highways and such. The staff was friendly and checkin was easy/fast. The place was pretty quiet."
