"Emailed multiple times asking for interconnecting rooms and a cribs for two rooms. Made sure to email 4-5 times ahead of the trip to ensure a smooth check in after a long flight with young kids. We get there and the reception stars are you with blank expressions. Gormless grunts incompetent and incapable of doing anything without being asked several times. Eventually gave us two rooms next to each other. Neither with a crib, ask for 2 cribs, they bring one. Goes back to get another. Forgets the mattress for inside the crib. Gave us 2 keys for 2 rooms. 1 key doesn’t even work. Just a comedy of incompetence except it’s not funny at 1 am with two kids. Do better. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the location is great! The booking says there is a restaurant on premises. However they are having staffing problems and the restaurant is closed. Only the bar was open. We were exhausted from our trip and did not really want to go out again but we had to if we wanted to eat before bed time. Also, they are very strict at sticking to the 3pm check in. We arrived early and checked out bags so we could explore. But we were also exhausted. We sat in the lobby for over 2 hrs waiting to be checked in. But it seemed apparent that they we not waiting for guest to leave or rooms to be cleaned. By the 3pm check in time there was a line of ppl waiting to check in and she checked everyone in one at a time. This line could have been prevented by allowing a few guest to check in early."
