Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Nice comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice spa, and the restaurant in the hotel is first rate. Not much of a view, but not far from the ocean either.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is good and we slept nicely. Only one restaurant which is very tasty but it’s better if they have more restaurant. Also they didn’t have convenience store either. You can easy to walk to Walmart or Target / Ala Moana Shopping Center tho. Overall staff are very kind and nice, the property is very clean. We love there.

Beautiful room with an amazing view! Very comfortable and home like feel to room. Lived the convenience of having kitchen to make meals and in room washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again! Staff were super friendly, from the valet staff to check in desk staff.

In Ala Moana which is cleaner than Waikiki. Wamart next door and Ala Moana mall 1 block and the State park beach on the other side of the mall. Everything is walkable but they do provide a shuttle to the mall, park beach and Waikiki beach. Clean new rooms, pools, Jacuzzis, gym, spa, bars, restaurant. Staff are very responsive.

New hotel. Clean room. Quiet environment. Your invoice should be checked very carefully if it is correct. Parking charge was included at first though not used. Hotel staff removed it after pointing that out.

Phone line was down the entire stay. Impossible to contact front desk. Mara restaurant was not good at all. Pretentious staff (except valet and security, they were nice) Valet was completely understaffed. Wehad to wait for onto the Main Street after circling the block 5 times. They’re new so I hate to be so brutally honest, but is the truth.
