"The staff were very friendly. The hotel room had some dust, and although housekeeping cleaned every day, the floor was never properly cleaned. The dust and even some cereal that were there from the beginning remained until the end of our stay.
There was no hand wash provided, so we had to request it. Also, every time the neighboring room used their bathroom, we could hear noises coming from our toilet. The staff attempted to fix it once, but the issue continued.
The room was smaller than expected. There were three of us, and it was so tight that we would bump into each other when moving around, so we had to take turns.
The best part was definitely the breakfast buffet. The yogurt, sausages, fruit, oatmeal, and coffee were all great.
The swimming pool was extremely cold, so we couldn’t really use it. It was surprising how cold the pool was despite the hot weather—just something to keep in mind.
