Clean & tidy room. Great breakfast. Perfect location if you are using rail, buses or shinkansen.

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.

Excellent staff service, environment and experience comfortable and quiet providing a good rest. Driverless monorail to onsen was awesome with spectacular scenery. Free ice pops provided. Husband saw a deer in the grassland while using the onsen. Only regret was the food quality that couldn’t stand out.

My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid.
