"The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast buffer is excellent we went twice. They have a separate facility on 6th floor its called golden impression spa please make sure u visit its super affordable and they offer a buffet of food snacks drinks and u can watch movies and u can stay there all day u can even spend the night. The massage was amazing! They even give you pajamas to wear so cozy. The location cant get any better u step outside u have boba drinks, next to the famous food spots etc. you will love this hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the employees not very friendly not helpful no greetings they dont even seem to care about anything. They appeared unorganized. Considering lots of tourist go there they should have more English speakers. I asked them if they knew where the closest atm was at they said they didnt know… i walk outside and see one right across from hotel in mini mart. "

"The botel is pretty big and historic feel. Service was excellent. However the room we had 1518 smelled of body odor it was so bad i couldnt sleep so i called front desk they came up within 3 mins ans gave me the room next door. I guess its just not my cup of tea i prefer more modern hotels. This hotel is old. I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation, moxy which was awesome and cheaper, niccolo and parcvue in chengdu and all of those were amazing and smelled so good! We ate at the chinese restaurant on 8th floor it was good but pricey compared to other places. I also did the massage spa and its not worth it at all instead try golden impression so much cheaper much more service and they offer free buffet of actual good snacks food and cold n hot drinks. The hotel spa offered terrible tea and terrible gross snacks. Would not return. We also did room service the fruit and wonton soup was good. But the cart they used to roll in the food was disgusting it looked like it cane from a morgue it had thick dirt buildup i lost my appetite. "

"Excellent location across the street of Raffle City Mall and metro station. Easy to get around and lots of restaurants & shops in the mall within walking distance. The hotel lobby is on 21st floor. The room is like a 2 stories with high ceiling and facing the river. The wall to ceiling glass with huge bath tub definitely a rare find for USD$50 per night. We only use the tub once in our 4 nights stay, we should have use it more often. The only thing bothered us was the toilets. It has some odor when we walk in. The staff offer a room change for us, we decided to stay in this room for the beautiful river view and bathtub. The staff cleaned the toilets again with something to minimize the odor. The auto sensor flush the toilet too many times and it's very loud. If you & your partner are a light sleeper, I suggest to use the toilet downstair at night to avoid disturb your partner. "
