I think this is my first ever negative review and this is specially dedicated to the lousy service and absolutely disastrous experience I had at the stay. There was no working staff in the property when I checked in late at night. I was also stuck outside my room door for almost 1 hour due to their technical issues where the barcode couldn't be scanned by the door censor when I want to open the door. NO GROUND STAFF PRESENT TO ASSIST. Imagine the anguish I WAS GOING THRU AND EVEN HAD TO PEE AT THAT MOMENT! When I called the hotline, the staff sounds irritated and wasnt very helpful. Kept calling and even rejected my call. FEELING HELPLESS, Have to used MY OVERSEAS line of mine to call in AND IT THEN WENT THROUGH. Raised my voice a little, and only then he tell me to wait. Waited almost 30 mins for a lady to appear. After checking, she went to her stores and retrieve the key to manually open the door. Worst stay ever.

Horrible experience
First of all, it is not a hotel, just like AB&B, The property is a residential block in CWB, I was questioned by the security guard when entered into the building coz I am not their resident or properties owners. After that there is no indication for lobby and I had to wait outside of the door for minutes. I was assisted at the first room of the floor which you can image how much of annoyance when everyone close and open the main door, more than 20-30 times the whole nite until 230am.... it was really a horrible experience I had ever before! I felt unsafe and so so stupid to make this choice.

マンションのワンフロアにありわかりにくく、マンションの管理人もホテルがあることをわかっていないようだった。偶然ほかの宿泊者が鍵を開けてくれてついて行った。ハウスキーパーがいて、オーナーと連絡を取ってくれてマンション入室用のパスワードと部屋の鍵を開けるQRコードをもらった。そのスタッフは親切だった。禁煙のはずの部屋はタバコ臭くて気持ちが悪くなった。駅近く空港までのA21のバス停が近く立地は100点施設は0点値段はマイナス100点。

在住宅大廈內的劏房,不明白為何可以稱得上是酒店,甚至令人懷疑是無牌經營旅館。房間很小,隔音效果極差,外面有任何人出入都可以清晰聽到。唯一可以接受的是房間尚算整潔,裝修稍新及有格調。

ホテルというよりモーテル。夜の0時を過ぎて到着したら正面玄関はしまっていて、係員もおらず、どうしたらよいか途方に暮れた。 たまたま別の宿泊者が入館する時に入って、受付のある部屋にたどりつけたが、普通のフロントのあるホテルだと思って行くと戸惑うことになる。

とても良いホテルでした。狭いながらも機能的で、コーズウェイベイの駅からも非常に近いので、アクセスが抜群に良かったです。ただホテルにたどり着くのに苦労しました。受付はheywoodマンションの9階の別の名前のホテルでチェックインをする必要があります。その後4Fに移動し部屋に通される感じです。 アメニティは、タオル、スリッパ、水、コーヒー、歯ブラシなどが用意されており、設備は冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、プロジェクターのTV?、電気ケトル、エアコン、水回り設備と不便することがありませんでした。 なぜかプロジェクターは見ることができませんでしたが…またホテルが入っているマンションには24時間管理人さんが常駐してますし、ホテルスタッフも24時間いらっしゃるそうです。(ホテルスタッフは9階にしかいません)ホテルに入室するのもオートロックがあるので、女性も安心して泊まれるのではないかと思います。ホテルのオートロックの暗証番号を入力する際、なぜか数字が全て表示されませんが、表示されている数字を全てタッチすると、暗証番号が入力できるようになります。(行けば意味がわかります)値段の割にとても素晴らしいホテルでした。また香港にいく機会があれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

本地人住這種酒店有些奇怪…有趣…只是住那天不忿回家睡而臨時揀的算便宜的選擇。點係食街附近那些CWB 舊樓區, 旺中靜, 老實說, 有錢想在這買個單位…(發夢)。這房間房間超細, 100 零呎 連廁所。佈裝雖簡單但算是有點配搭。用的東西有點品味, 不過不夠簡潔得輕易清潔。重要的俱: 床, 硬身床褥, 不過我沒問題; 床長度很短, 我160cm 不夠, 訓落去都有FEEL 到床褥尾, …有趣, 床單被鋪夠清潔, OK。 另一點, 廁所, 花灑頭站不種, 沖涼有點辛苦, 用的有點特式, 但水掣不好擰。黑色馬桶…嗯… 洗手盤的可一讚。沒供應拖鞋, 但櫃檯又沒說, 感覺不好啊, 小瑕疵
