The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, right next to Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Lots of choruses for food or restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary room upgrade was a good surprise!

The service was excellent - the room was ready in the morning, the staff spoke English and all they were very helpful. Bear in mind though, the hotel is very economical and basic, about 2.5 to 3 stars by US standards. The small lobby is on the 7th floor and the entrance is from the side alley. The historic double decker tram and the MRT station right next door.

Located next to MTR(underground rail).Hotel main entrance is not on the main street but side lane.Security on duty 24hrs.On famous seafood street.l stay 24floor, the light in the corridor very dim. Pass by some other floors some bright and some dim. Service is average at the lobby. Need smile.

The area is near the street, with trams, taxis, and subway so no problem with transport. The staff was also very kind in upgrading our prior reservation to a suite since they became fully booked for our type of room. The room turned out great! Comfy beds, clean restrooms, and a lounge area. They were also cleaned daily.

I like how this hotel is very near to the MTR station. Very safe , very clean and enjoyable stay. There is a cafe just opposite the hotel called the “Good luck cafe”, it has authentic delicious and affordable Hong Kong Food and they have menu in various languages (Chinese, Cantonese, English)

I get there by MTR / Underground. There is rarely no elevator access to ground level at the special EXIT for the hotel in Sai Ying Pun Station. If you would have a bulk luggage, it might be challenging. Moreover, the entrance of the hotel is not broad enough. It might not suitable to the travelers with many belongings.

Convenient location next to the mtr. The place is undergoing renovation it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful. No laundry machine available onsite. Next option due to this is sunshine 24 laundry just down the road.

It was really a pleasant 2-week stay. This is a boutique hotel so there are not much facilities but it is good enough, just like a service apartment. MTR, tram, bus, all next door. Great access to everywhere. This became on e of my favourite hotel in hk. Room rates affordable too. Highly recommended if you would like to stay hk as home.

Outstanding service
Excellent hotel, with great service. We stayed at the Eco Tree for eight days in the Premier Suite. The suite was as described, clean, modern and with excellent wifi, allowing me to work from the room when needed. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The service was on par or even better than some of the renowned 5-star hotels (and I have stayed in many). We will definitely stay here again.

corner rooms are particularly bright with windows on two sides. Even the city view is nice with no near vis a vis, provided you are above the 15th floor

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!
Our stay was amazing at Eco Tree! The room was exactly how I pictured it to be from the pictures I saw in the Web. It turned out to be even better with the great view we had, thanks steve and steven!! When we asked for more towels, they were very prompt in their service. Eco tree was convenient next to a tram stop and an MTR stop so everything was easily accessible. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
