Highly recommended for the cleanliness and service of the reception. With a panoramic great sea view of the Victoria Harbour at a reasonable price, convenient location for shopping and dining, I would surely stay here again!

one of the lift is under repair for more than 1 yr
one of the lift is under repair for a long time, since more than one year. have to wait for a long time for the lift every time when i get out. harbour view still attractive. staffs are very helpful.

I have stayed here several times since 2015. The place has not been updated or kept well. It used to be amazing- now it's just satisfactory. Towels were awful, service not helpful, just went down a lot!

Fairly accessible location
Location was pretty good. About 10minutes walk from Causeway MTR sogo exit. Area is pretty busy at night as well so you don’t have to worry about walking through quiet walkways. It is also fairly near to the Ferry (15minutes walk) to cross over to Harbour city. Toilet in the room had a weird smell though (sewerage smell) from the drainage im guessing which may fill the room especially when its vacant (you’d smell it when you first check in, come back after a long day out, etc) View wasn’t as great as i expected but really there’s no point in getting a harbour view when you’re in Hong Kong Island. You want a harbour view, stay in TST. So i’d say its not worth to pay for the view here.

views are the best thing
the hotel is pretty basic. The ground floor foyer is nice, but reception, the common areas and the room i had were pretty average. The location is pretty good, and the view from the windows over the harbour are the best thing about the place.

The hotel is in a really interesting building, very tall and narrow with only 3 rooms per floor. The room was fairly small, but comfortable. The view was spectacular. It's well located, close to ametropia station and surrounded by good restaurants and shops

I was scammed!!! I was offered from the hotel stuff to hire a portable internet router from the hotel, it cost around 500 USD. They informed me that they will refund the amount after returning thier router in my bank account of 3-4 days. NOW IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AND I RECEIVED NOTHING

Very nice hotel
Room has pretty view and convenient walking location to shop restaurant and market. Very safe area even we walk outside middle of night to look for food. Walking distance to time square.

Have been to hundreds of hotels in the world, the hotel is not four stars and the pictures are not related to what I have seen. However, the staff was nice the room was clean.

Good location on HKI with easy access to Airport Express and MTR systems. The rooms are compact but have all the required facilities and offer great views over Victoria Harbor and Kowloon.

Good location with great harbour view
The room size is good with great harbour view. The hotel staffs are very very friendly, especially the hotel conceirge. There are two, and the senior one is very very friendly and very helpful!! Room is clean and would def stay here again!

Great location and harbour views - nearby everything you would need for a quick stay in HK. Rooms are a bit outdated but TV and Wifi are excellent and multi-nozzle shower was a bit of a nice touch! Super friendly service from front desk staff.

Amazing views but zero minibar or service
Room views are incredible and the rooms are clean enough but they are quite basic and worn. Air conditioning was not working for 2 days and there was absolutely nothing in the minibar. Had to go to level 3 reception to buy any food in the room, which included 2min noodles, chips, chocolates and drinks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I was told that the mini bar was free of charge during my stay but there really wasn't a mini bar. All it had was 3 cans of soda and a juice.
