Elevators extremely slow. Staff while ok can be more helpful and put on a smile or 2 more. There are absolutely no toiletry of any kind in the room. Nothing! Simple answer: i will not live there again.

The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection
The front desk was ok. However the conditions of the room were horrible. There were scratches all over the furniture and the window was very dirty. The room was musky and honestly looked like a motel room.

Eco Tree Hotel Causeway Bay
Not a good experience. Air conditioning was too cold and it was not possible to set up a decent temperature.Gym was closed. Room was really small and it was difficult to walk from one side to the other as the TV was in that corridor. What’s the point for a big TV on such small room?

Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
The hotel is clean, the staff are great, breakfast is really good. The rooms are nice but very small and the room with two beds they are very small.
