「The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. 「Very nice place to stay after visiting Longwood Gardens. The inn is very well taken care of. Clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a great variety and the service was excellent. Outside of the hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff very friendly. 」
