We were invited for complementary canapes - which unfortunately we couldn't make. Huge room and bathroom with a little terrace. Massive comfy bed. Breakfast was really premium with awesome vegan option. Very quiet surroundings. Perfect location to grab a morning run on Dunwich Heath. Parking was easy and safe. Loved every minute and will definitely be back. 」

「We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. 」
