「Very beautiful and very clean. The host is very nice.」

「I am a fan of new concept, however the communication support of this hotel is horrible for unmanned hotel. I have not received check in email, I contacted hotels.com for room number and password, I have been told wrong information and end up standing in 4 degree out door for an hour to wait for the indirect communication between 3 parties. The room is nice, however no heating even I turn to the hottest, it is freezing cold. No one nor a phone contact will assist for emergency needs.」

The staff is kind though the counter close at 9pm but you could still contact them with telephone instruction. Also the parking is free! It’s rare in Germany. It’s excellent overall, will book again if return.」
