"Awesome view, modern condo just enough for a group of 4 to 6. Spacious family room with great view of the ocean. Parking in the deck is super close regardless of your floor. Great customer service."

"There is no receptionist to help you. Everything is contactless. When you arrive and don’t have the room you purchase your out of luck. When arrived could not gain access to my room. Finally found a number you can text and had to call the security guard number for assistance. "

"Loved the beach, rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend the balcony rooms, you can watch dolphins day and night. You can get everything you need at the hotel which is nice because traffic is Hell! Be prepared to be around lots of young children but it’s a large enough space that you can spread out and the walls are thick enough so that crying children or barking dogs are minimally audible. The hotel is pet friendly but all we saw was smaller dogs. And there are beach chairs and umbrella’s available for rent $50/day. Get there early AM to get one in the front row!"

Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Walton Beach - Destin West

"The front desk workers on the way out were kind and sweet. They asked about our stay and had smiles on their faces. However, the lady during checkin was not friendly. And she didn’t offer to help or find someone to help me get a crib up to our room while I was tending to my daughter in a stroller. Another guest offered to help me get the foldable crib and my baby w/ stroller up to our room. She was it was our responsibility to get the crib up to the room. It was just inconsiderate not to help or get someone to help me. Other than that, everything was great. And we enjoyed our 1 night stay. "

"We ended up here after not such a great experience from a place down the road but la quinta was fantastic! Coffee & breakfast was great, we were able to check in early which we appreciated so much & the front desk was very friendly! Will be adding this to our place to stay in fort Walton"
