"The family room was great and even though hotel is close to highway and subway tracks it is well built hotel and you hear no noise from outside."

"Stanford decently friendly, though clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Make sure you leave time for check in, because the entire lobby fills. The rooms were a bit worn and dated. The TVs were old and had only a few channel options and no streaming apps. Bathrooms were decent, though the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it and seems ridiculous for an expensive hotel like Gracery. The Godzilla balcony was also closed, so their one big attraction was inaccessible. Overall, I would spend similar money for a better experience elsewhere."

"This hotel is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and several large shopping malls nearby. The pricing is much more reasonable than staying in areas like Ginza. While you may need to travel 20–30 minutes to reach some of Tokyo’s main attractions, it's a fair trade-off for the value. Although the property isn't brand new, it is well-maintained for the price. For breakfast, I found the nearby 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson to be perfectly sufficient and convenient."

"The room was clean, as was the property. The bathroom is very small, was smaller than expected. Couldn't close the bathroom door and be comfortable while seated on the toilet. If I was shorter (am 5'8") perhaps would have worked. The location is very good for train access, 7/11 access and many great food options. The location is basically in an action packed area and the loud sounds of sirens/police/ambulances was constant all around the clock - for any street facing room, it seems like they're right outside your window - so be aware if you're staying there with a baby or a light sleeper. The staff were lovely and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again but would request a room that wasn't facing the main street."

"The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. The room we had was spacious with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It's a short 10 minute walk to very good shopping areas and department stores. "
