"程近くにコンビニがあり買い足しに便利です。施設は古い造りではありますが、大きく困る事はありません。WEBに記載のない物も貸出てくれる事があるようですが、事前相談が必要なようです。口コミで見た包丁なども貸出てくれる等は、とくに事前申請が必要で、当日は管理棟に在中している人が不在で無理でした。ベッドリネンなどもクリーニング済で綺麗でしたが、掃除が行き届いていなく、風呂場のドアがカビていたり、リビングの天井からは埃が垂れ下がり、BBQグッズも蜘蛛の巣・虫だらけの状態。キャンプなれしている人には良いですが、素敵な宿泊を期待する方には向いていないです。"

"アプリでのチェックアウト時間を確認して申し込みしましたが、1時間早められました ベッドマットに汚れがあったと、チェックアウトの翌日に連絡がありクリーニング費用を請求されました 宿泊者は各自確認はしているのですが、チェックアウト後の清掃後速やかにご連絡を頂きたいと思います その他は、特段の問題はありませんでしたが・・・"

"Very truly, Villa Fukuza is the coolest place I have ever stayed in. The “tent” is the most luxurious of glamping experiences, and the owners’ hospitality is the most welcoming in all of Japan. I highly recommend staying here and experiencing their beautiful sauna. A hidden gem in a most lovely setting!"
