「Was great 」

「The room is clean but nothing special, the only attraction was that it is NEW, nothing special. The room was advertised with a "SEPARATE Bath & shower... but they are combined & there is no shower curtain to contain the water. There is NO plumbing of the bath, the bath water drains out onto the floor....very bad design...! fountain shower head is ok, but the hand held shower head does NOT work...! I did not use the pool, but i saw it, an the pool area is very cramped. The photos of the pool...

「Overall the room is clean, location is closed to Lotte and beach. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed. And it was a bit difficult to contact the May Homestay office, those rental agents are located at the front shops, however, you won't find May Homestay and they won't answer my call because of foreign number, lucky I go with my local friend and he ends up using Zalo (VN communication apps) to get in touch and know where exactly is their office located. 」

「Everything after arrival was great. But everything before that was horrible. Good luck if you wish to book anything inadvance. Very unhelpful staff. When I called directly, the staff even said please book through because booking at the moment “is a lot of work”」

「Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough」

「海灘很美(白色的沙灘,清澈的海水,自然的海灣景色,尤其在日昇日落之際,美景盡收眼底), 飯店景觀佳(渡假村的整體規劃,有海景渡假村的南洋風味,晚上小和尚點著燈籠, BBQ伴著樂隊演奏氣氛很好), 房間裡面的大廳與廁所沒冷氣美中不足, 房費稍嫌貴, 房間亦比較狹小.」

「進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。 馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。」

「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

「Very nice staff and good facilities especially for kids. We enjoyed the breakfast and buffet dinner. The only complaint about the hotel is too noisy during the weekend.」

「The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. 」
