「Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days. Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced...

「The hotel was good and rooms decent size. Have to book ground floor for connecting rooms. The pool is great for toddlers and adults paddling, less appealing to older children. About 15 min walk to old town.」

「Nice hotel which very comfortable. But a bit far away from the ancient city Hoi An so i have to take a taxi to there every time.」

「직원들 모두 친절했습니다 위치도 좋아서 바로 옆에 식당, 건너편에 마트가 있어서 좋았어요.」

「Staff very nice, clean hotel/rooms and free shuttle to the town.Only gym could be better if not ….recommended」

「Staffs are very friendly and helpful.」

「Clean Room, very friendly staff, the pool was clean and warm, they had a bike for guests and I love petaling around and going to the nearby beach to watch the sunrises.」
